These Terms govern your use of website design, hosting, and maintenance services provided by Sitedraft Studio ("Sitedraft," "we," "us"). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
We design, host, and maintain a website for your business. Your subscription includes hosting, connection to a domain, and unlimited reasonable text/content updates. Larger redesigns or custom features may be offered separately.
The service is billed at $149 CAD per month. Your subscription begins when you complete checkout and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.
You may cancel anytime; your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period and is not prorated. On cancellation, your hosted website may be taken offline. Any domain registered in your name remains yours.
You own your business information and any content you provide. We retain ownership of our underlying templates, code, and design systems. Your own domain name belongs to you.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, or to publish content you do not have the right to use.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
